This host serves the shared coverage checker at /v1/checker.js and the backend behind it. There is nothing to see here.

The page exists so Netlify has somewhere to register the monitor's alert form. Netlify only registers forms it finds as static HTML in the deployed markup, never ones JavaScript creates, so this file has to exist and the form below has to stay in it.
